How does the process work?
After choosing your package, you’ll receive a link to upload your videos. Kevin reviews each piece personally and sends back a detailed feedback video.
How long does it take to receive feedback?
Most critiques are delivered within five to seven business days. During peak competition season, turnaround times may vary.
What kind of videos can we submit?
You can upload studio recordings, full run-throughs, or performance footage from any competition. Phone recordings are acceptable as long as the dancer is clearly visible.
Do you offer season long memberships?
Yes. A BTS membership gives you continuous feedback across the season and priority access for submissions.
What is included in the feedback?
Kevin records a full commentary track as he watches the routine, your video review will include this video along with notes on choreography, execution, performance quality, musicality, and areas to refine.
Will Kevin tell us how to improve our score at competition?
While he cannot guarantee results, Kevin pulls from years of judging experience to give notes that strengthen clarity, performance, and overall impact.
Can parents order feedback directly?
Yes, though we encourage communication with the studio to ensure the feedback aligns with the teacher’s overall direction
Are critiques kept private?
Yes. Each studio or dancer receives a private link, and no feedback is shared publicly without permission.
